Fabric Sale!

Wanted to send a quick note and let everyone know that JoAnn's is having a flannel sale!!! Their Snuggle Flannel Prints that are normally 6.99 yd is only 1.99 yd from Mar 4-10. This is a great way to pick up some flannel for us if you are able!

How You Can Help

We get asked on a regular basis how to be involved or how to help. There are several ways for every level of interest and skill! Here are a few ways you can be involved:

1. Join us at the monthly meetings. We need people to cut, sew, and knit/crochet. We can help you learn as much as you want to learn!

2. Work on projects during the month and simply drop them off at the monthly meeting or get with us to set up a drop off time and place.

3. Provide donations: we need fabric (baby cotton prints and solids for shirts, fleece for blankets, flannel for bed sheets/receiving blankets, soft stretch knits for hats), plastic snaps, narrow ribbon, thread for machines and sergers, and monetary donations for purchasing these items. Fabrics need to be new and unwashed please. Also, please make sure they are free of pet hair and odors. We want to use every scrap and not miss any blessing!

4. Create layettes for those families who must wait until Heaven to be with their little ones again. This is a special and tender calling only for those that have this on their hearts.

5. Collect toiletries from your travels. Bring the unused soaps, shampoos, and other items from your hotel stays! These are bagged together with a new washcloth for the women's shelter and families in need.

6. Spread the word! Help be part of making an impact!
